Egyptian Unsulphured Molasses 750g - Boosh the Beekeeper

100% NATURALNO ADDITIVESUNSULPHUREDRICH IN IRONLAB TESTED
Boosh the Beekeeper's Unsulphured Molasses is pure Egyptian sugarcane molasses, naturally rich in iron, imported directly to Singapore.

Made from fully ripened sugarcane with nothing added and nothing removed, Boosh the Beekeeper's molasses is as close to the source as it gets. Unsulphured, unadulterated, and naturally rich in minerals — a single tablespoon delivers up to 20% of your daily iron, alongside calcium, copper, and selenium. Deep and complex in flavour, it's a staple for bakers, smoothie makers, and anyone who pays attention to what they eat.

Our molasses is unsulphured, made from fully ripened sugarcane with nothing added and nothing removed. Sulphured molasses comes from green, unripe cane and is treated with sulphur dioxide as a preservative; ours needs none of that, so the natural minerals and deep, complex flavour stay intact. It's naturally rich in iron, calcium, copper, and selenium. Each batch carries a Certificate of Origin, verifying it's genuinely Egyptian and traceable back to its source.

Every batch is also sent to QCAP, an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory under Egypt's Ministry of Agriculture, and tested two ways. We screen for pesticide residues using the EN 15662 method (LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS), and we test for heavy metals — lead, cadmium, and mercury — by ICP-MS, the gold standard for trace-element analysis.

The results: pure unsulphured molasses, certified Egyptian origin, no pesticide residues detected, cadmium and mercury not detected, and lead at just 0.024 mg/kg — roughly one-eightieth of Singapore's 2 mg/kg limit, and a tenth of what's typical in American blackstrap molasses.

Why this matters: Molasses is a concentrated product, sugarcane reduced down to its richest form, so whatever the plant draws from the soil is concentrated too, which makes honest sourcing and real testing matter more, not less.
