Refund Policy – MISRDELIGHTS PTE. LTD.
At MISRDELIGHTS, we are committed to delivering premium Egyptian produce to our customers in Singapore. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to love every purchase. If you have concerns about your order, we'll work with you to find the best resolution.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be offered under the following conditions:
  • The item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  • The customer notifies us at contactus@misrdelights.com within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • The product remains in its original packaging, unopened, and unused, unless the issue pertains to product quality.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must:
  1. Contact contactus@misrdelights.com with their order details and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Provide supporting images if applicable.
  3. Wait for our assessment—we aim to respond within 2 working days.
  4. If approved, refunds will be credited within 5 working days via the original payment method.
3. Alternative Resolutions
  • Customers may opt for a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.
  • If MISRDELIGHTS determines a refund is not applicable, we'll work with you on alternative solutions to ensure satisfaction.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
  • Products that have been opened or consumed, unless there was a quality issue.
  • Items not reported within the 2-day timeframe.
  • Shipping fees (unless the error was on our part).
