- The product remains in its original packaging, unopened, and unused, unless the issue pertains to product quality.

- Wait for our assessment—we aim to respond within 24 hours.
- If approved, refunds will be credited within 5 working days via the original payment method.
3. Alternative Resolutions
- Customers may opt for a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.
- If MISRDELIGHTS determines a refund is not applicable, we'll work with you on alternative solutions to ensure satisfaction.
4. Non-Refundable Items: The following items cannot be refunded:
- Products that have been opened or consumed, unless there was a quality issue.
- Items not reported within the 2-day timeframe.
- Shipping fees (unless the error was on our part).
