One beekeeper, one corner of the Egyptian countryside, and three products that come out of it. Boosh the Beekeeper's pure clover honey arrives in a squeezable 480g bottle for everyday use. Alongside it sits the creamy raw clover honey, soft enough to spread on a knife and the chilli-infused honey, with a slow, building heat behind the sweetness. All slow-harvested, all 100% natural, all arriving together in one box.

Testing & purity

Inside this bundle: pure, single-floral clover honeys' never blended or cut with syrups. All carry a Certificate of Origin, verifying they're genuinely Egyptian and traceable back to their source.

All are sent to QCAP, an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory under Egypt's Ministry of Agriculture, and tested two ways. We screen for pesticide residues using the EN 15662 method (LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS), and we test for heavy metals by ICP-MS, the gold standard for trace-element analysis.

The results: pure single-floral honey, certified Egyptian origin, and no pesticide residues detected. The honey showed no lead, cadmium or mercury.

Why this matters: What comes from the hive and the cane should reach you exactly as it is, nothing blended in, nothing stripped out, nothing hidden. Keeping the honey single-floral and the molasses unsulphured protects the character of both, and testing every batch is how we prove precisely what's in each jar and bottle, good and trace alike.
