Testing & purity

Inside this bundle: Grade A Premium Medjool dates, the highest grade awarded, sorted to the strictest size and appearance standards. Certified Extra Virgin Coratina olive oil, cold-extracted by mechanical means alone with acidity well below the strict 0.8% the grade demands. Pure, single-floral clover honey, never blended or cut with syrups. All three carry a Certificate of Origin, verifying they're genuinely Egyptian and traceable back to their source.

All three are independently tested by ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratories. Across multiple samples, we screen for pesticide residues using the EN 15662 method and test for heavy metals by trace-element analysis. The dates are also checked for foodborne pathogens and aflatoxins.

The results: Grade A Premium dates, certified Extra Virgin oil, pure single-floral honey, certified Egyptian origin, no pesticide residues detected, no pathogens and aflatoxins detected and no heavy metals detected.

Why this matters: The dates are held to the highest grade, the oil to certified Extra Virgin, and the honey kept pure and single-floral, all certified Egyptian and traceable to source. Is this bundle halal?

Linah Farms is a Muslim-owned producer in Egypt, and can be called Halal by default as they are unprocessed. Our honey, molasses, and olive oil are all 100% natural too, but because they go through some processing outside of Singapore (cold pressing, slow infusing), we’re waiting on final MUIS confirmation before officially marking them Halal as well.
