The product remains in its original packaging, unopened, and unused, unless the issue pertains to product quality.

Wait for our assessment—we aim to respond within 24 hours.
If approved, refunds will be credited within 5 working days via the original payment method.

3. Alternative Resolutions

If MISRDELIGHTS determines a refund is not applicable, we'll work with you on alternative solutions to ensure satisfaction.

4. Non-Refundable Items: The following items cannot be refunded:

Products that have been opened or consumed, unless there was a quality issue.
Items not reported within the 2-day timeframe.
