Boosh the Beekeeper's Creamy Raw Clover Honey is raw Egyptian clover honey, unheated and whipped to a creamy spread, imported directly to Singapore.

Some honey pours. This one spreads. Boosh the Beekeeper's raw clover honey is whipped into a smooth, creamy texture that stays soft on the knife and melts gently on the palate — carrying the clean, floral sweetness of Egyptian clover fields in every spoonful. Unprocessed and 100% natural, rich in naturally occurring enzymes.

Our raw clover honey is pure, single-floral honey, with nothing added and nothing removed. It's gently harvested from clover fields so the honey carries one clean, consistent floral source rather than a blend, and it's never diluted with syrups, so the natural enzymes, pollen, and flavour stay intact. Each batch carries a Certificate of Origin, verifying it's genuinely Egyptian and traceable back to the beekeeper.

Every batch is also sent to QCAP, an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory under Egypt's Ministry of Agriculture, and tested two ways. We screen for pesticide residues using the EN 15662 method (LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS), and we test for heavy metals — lead, cadmium, and mercury — by ICP-MS, the gold standard for trace-element analysis.

The results: pure single-floral honey, certified Egyptian origin, no pesticide residues detected, and no lead, cadmium or mercury detected.

Why this matters: Honey should be honey and nothing else, never blended, never stretched with syrups, never anything but what the bees made. Keeping it single-floral protects the true character of the hive, and testing every batch is how we prove there's nothing in the jar except honey.

Egyptian Dates & Raw Honey — The Rare One

Spread on warm toast, folded into thick yoghurt, served alongside soft cheese — creamy honey is at its best when it has something dense and good to settle on. Linah Farms' Medjool dates, torn open and dipped, are the simplest version of that idea, and one of the oldest pairings in Egyptian kitchens.

How to use
